We are assuming that the political situation at present will be maintained. Political risks exist and any conflict creates operational risks. This risk can be minimized by maintaining approvals by political parties. As an internal risk there might be misunderstandings between the different partners. This risk can be minimized by regular meetings and by a sensitive monitoring process.

Based upon the results of WP 1, this WP aims at producing a requirements report for materials preparation, then it focuses on producing a best-practice guideline for content and materials creation, producing contents for e-Learning and traditional courses, and defining a policy for maintaining/increasing the quality of the existing materials
